Claudes AI ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website at claudes.site. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google's authentication service.

Chat Data: Your chat messages and conversation history are stored in Firebase Realtime Database, associated with your user account, to provide chat history functionality.

Usage Data: We track the number of messages you send per day to enforce fair usage limits. We do not track detailed browsing behaviour.

Files: Files you upload are stored in Firebase Storage for the duration needed to process your request.

3. Firebase & Google Services

Claudes AI uses Firebase (a Google service) for authentication, database, and storage. By using Claudes AI, your data is also governed by Firebase's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

4. AI Processing

Your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic may process your messages according to their own Privacy Policy. We do not sell your messages to third parties.

5. Data Security

We take security seriously. Your data is protected by Firebase Security Rules that ensure only you can access your own conversations. API keys are stored server-side and are never exposed to your browser.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete individual conversations at any time from the chat interface. To delete your entire account and all data, contact us at hello@claudes.site. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies required for authentication (Firebase Auth session cookies). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Claudes AI is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@claudes.site to exercise these rights.
